Nurses provide medical care for patients and often provide emotional support to those receiving treatment as well. Day to day, nurses typically carry out doctors’ orders and do everything from testing blood pressure and taking temperatures to administering basic injections. Nurses also help pass information between patients, family members and physicians. They’re a critical link between everyone involved in a patient’s care.

With Everest, you get hands-on education in a classroom environment that reflects the experience you’ll have in an actual nursing job. You’ll work with the same type of equipment found in various health care settings. And you’ll learn from instructors with actual experience in the field. At the end of your program, we’ll help you craft a professional resume, develop strong interviewing skills and find employers looking for someone with your skill set.

Becoming a nurse can be a great fit if you like the idea of overseeing patient care and being a valued member of a health care team.
