All About Buying Scrubs

Posted on: May 24, 2012

So you’re ready to buy your first scrubs? Congratulations! But before you spend precious dollars on your new uniform, you might want to keep a few things in mind:

  •  Double-check the color you need. Some offices or hospitals require different departments to wear a certain color. Check which color you’ll need before you go shopping.
  • Buy for comfort. Trust us, everybody looks good in scrubs. The more important thing is that they fit right. So when trying on scrubs, be sure to bend over and stretch to make sure they aren’t uncomfortable.
  • Shop around. Go to at least two different stores to compare styles and prices, and don’t forget to shop online to find the best deal on what you want.

Remember to hem the pants if they’re too long and always keep your scrubs clean. You’re a professional now, and you should look the part!
